Because Snore Log records audio while you sleep, we treat that data with particular care, and this policy describes exactly what we do with it.

Information we collect

• Audio recordings & sleep data. When you run a session, the app captures audio of your night and derives a snore score, loudness clips, and trends from it.
• Tags you add. Remedies and notes you log (for example mouth tape, nasal strips, or alcohol) to track what affects your snoring.
• Account information. If you create an account, the details you provide such as an email address.
• Device & usage information. Basic technical data such as device model, operating system version, and app diagnostics used to keep the Service working.

How we use your information

• To record, score, and display your snoring results and trends over time.
• To let you replay your loudest moments and see which remedies affected your score.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
• To respond to your requests and provide support.

Your audio recordings

Your recordings and sleep data belong to you. We do not sell your recordings, and we do not use them for advertising. You can delete individual recordings, or all of your data, from within the app at any time. Confirm and tailor this section to match where recordings are stored and processed (for example on-device versus in the cloud) before publishing.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting or analytics providers), who are bound to protect it, or where required by law. We may share information to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your data at any time, and we delete it (or anonymize it) when it is no longer needed for the purposes described here.

Snore Log is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
